Livestill makes short listing videos for Australian real estate agents. This page says what we collect and why. If anything here is unclear, email hello@livestillvideo.com.

What we collect

Business contact details that are publicly listed for agents and agencies (name, agency, business email), so we can contact you about our service. We note where we found them.
What you send us: listing photos, listing facts and your messages, so we can make your reel.
This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data such as IP address to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To make and deliver your reel, and to answer your questions.
To tell you about Livestill, if you are an agent with a publicly listed business email. Every such message says who we are and how to stop.
We do not sell your information, and we do not publish your photos or reels without your agreement.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as email and file hosting and the computers that generate the video. We do not share your listing photos with advertisers or data brokers.

Stopping messages, access and deletion

Reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including any photos and reels we made for you. Email hello@livestillvideo.com.

Complaints

Tell us first and we will try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
